This webinar will address the mental health challenges that are unique to women working in fisheries, including isolation, industry stressors, and balancing work-life demands. We’ll focus on identifying signs of poor mental health, signposting support resources, and propose changes to workplace practices and policy in order to better support wellbeing.
The aim of this webinar is to reduce stigma around discussing our wellbeing at work, provide practical support and access to resources, and continue to build a supportive community for all women in fisheries
